Terms and Conditions These are our general conditions. These, together with the references they contain, apply to every contract that we, Coverlab, (with Chamber of Commerce number: 65631889 and VAT identification number NL856195339B1), close with you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via hello@coverlab.nl. We have the right to change these general conditions. You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions apply to our agreement at all times, Article 1 – Products We sell webcam covers and RFID blocking sleeves. Article 2 – Applicability Unless otherwise agreed, these general terms and conditions apply to all offers and proposals from Coverlab. The applicability of a possible other general terms and conditions is explicitly proposed by the customer and must always be accepted in writing by Coverlab. Article 3 – Payments The (total) price of the products is indicated in our webshop. You can transfer money by bank transfer, iDEAL, PayPal, Bitcoin and Bancontact / Mister Cash. Due to very high transaction costs from PayPal we ask a small fee. iDEAL, PayPal, Bitcoin and Bancontact / Mister Cash are completely free! Furthermore, shipping costs within the Netherlands are reimbursed. Shipments abroad pay an extra contribution.

 

Article 4 – Deliveries We deliver your product to the address you provided with the order. You can not change the address if we have already sent the package. If you have entered an incorrect / incorrect address, we can not guarantee nor be held liable that your order is delivered. PostNL takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order as quickly as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive the order no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If this does not happen, you can request us to (a) immediately repay the amount you paid for the product, or (b) send a replacement product (of equal value). The risk for transport always lies with the customer (not Coverlab), even if the carrier has stated that all damage that occurs during transport is for the account and risk of Coverlab. The average delivery time of our products in the webshop is 1 to 2 working days (NL). For shipments to Belgium this concerns 1 to 3 working days. Other countries have a delivery time of 4-5 working days. Our printed products that can be made on request have a delivery time of 1 to 2 weeks. However, the above delivery times are approximate and can never be regarded as a strict deadline. The actual delivery periods do not start until an agreement has been made and all necessary data / information has been provided to be able to execute the order. Should the delivery be prevented in whole or in part by force majeure, Coverlab is justified in postponing the delivery. Force majeure is among other things spoken when Coverlab suppliers do not make timely or insufficiently available products available to execute the order. You should inspect the product immediately after receipt for any defects. In the event of any defects, the customer must inform Coverlab in writing and within 8 days of receipt. After this period the customer must agree with the quality of the delivered products and renounce all rights and powers based on the law and these general conditions.

 

Article 5 – Return You may return the product (only for non-personalized products) within 14 days, after you receive it, free of charge. You can do this with the return form or by sending an e-mail to hello@coverlab.nl. After you have received a confirmation from us, you must send the product within 14 days. If we have received the product in its original, unused condition, we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days. Coverlab pays the costs for the return shipment. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and the packaging carefully. Article 6 – Liability We are not liable for the damage caused by using a webcam cover or the other products / services that we offer. Coverlab can therefore in no way be held liable for any form of direct, indirect, incidental, criminal, special or consequential damages resulting from the use of a webcam cover of Coverlab or other products / services, including but not limited to: Damage to the screen of your device, touchbar or keyboard, or any physical damage caused occasionally or intentionally. In addition, Coverlab can not be held liable in any way whatsoever for incorrect printing of printed products on its products or other operations, or defects caused by its suppliers, as well as infringements that make the printing on the rights of others. Deviations regarding specified sizes, weights, numbers, colors, (PMS color coding is always leading) and other such data do not count as shortcomings for which Coverlab can be held liable. Article 7 – Intellectual property rights All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we have management with the consent of the owner). Your use may not infringe here. Article 8 – Complaints procedure If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, we would like to hear that. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as fully as possible) to hello@coverlab.nl. We will process your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 5 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within 5 days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive answer. If we can not resolve the complaint between ourselves, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute settlement. In case of complaints, a consumer must first turn to the entrepreneur. If the webshop is affiliated with Stichting WebwinkelKeur and complaints that can not be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to Stichting WebwinkelKeur (webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this webshop has an ongoing membership via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. Should a solution not be found, the consumer has the opportunity to have his complaint dealt with by the independent disputes committee appointed by Stichting WebwinkelKeur, the decision of this is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree with this binding decision. There are costs associated with submitting a dispute to this disputes committee that must be paid by the consumer to the relevant committee. It is also possible to register complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr). Article 9 – Dispute resolution Dutch law applies to these general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you. In the event of a dispute, the court in Amsterdam has jurisdiction.
